Fox Board of Directors: Do Your Job!
We’re calling on the Fox Board of Directors to end the culture of rampant sexual harassment at Fox. Given the actions of former anchor Bill O’Reilly and ex-chairman Roger Ailes, Fox clearly has a problem it needs to address. To make matters worse, of 13 board members, only one of Fox board directors is a woman. Firing these men is not enough, Fox needs to do more.
Women hold 10.6 percent—or 643—of the total 6,081 board seats on Fortune 500 companies. 1 in 3 women will be sexually harassed in the workplace. How would increasing the number of women on boards decrease sexual harassment? We want to find out.
1) Write a letter to the Board of Directors to tell them that firing Bill O’Reilly isn’t enough – they need to address the sexist culture that is perpetuated by Fox News. Tell them one place to start is putting more women on their Board of Directors.

2) Tweet @FoxNews to let them know this type of behavior will not be tolerated anymore and let them see how many women are calling them out:
.@Fox News will you hold your other news anchors accountable for their blatant sexism? http://bit.ly/29ynhHU
Bill O’Reilly may be gone, but @FoxNews needs to address the culture of sexual harassment they’ve maintained for decades.
3) Call the Fox News number to leave a comment:
