The Healthy Families New York Home Visiting Program offers home-based services to expectant families and new parents, beginning prenatally or shortly after the birth of the child. Referral sites all throughout New York. Visit their website for list of resources.

The LCI is a program of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center that offers a continuum of prevention, education and support services and free programs for lesbians, bisexual women, and transgender (LBT) people regarding cancer. Research has shown that lesbians, bisexual women, and transgender people have a greater concentration of risk factors for cancer, and participate in routine medical care and screenings at lower rates than the general population. The goal of LCI is to make available the information needed by lesbians, bisexual women, and transgender people and to address our community’s needs and concerns.
