We’re building a future of freedom from violence by providing one-on-one expertise to survivors, holding institutions accountable, and changing culture and policy.

How we can help.

If you have been sexually assaulted and are in need of immediate assistance, please see our “Get Immediate Help” and “Resources” listed below.  You’ll find crisis and healthcare services that can help you. If you have been sexually assaulted and have reported or are considering reporting the assault to police or prosecutors, it’s important that you understand your rights as a survivor.

Our Criminal Justice Navigators Program (212-627-9895) connects survivors in the New York City area with a criminal law attorney who can help you assess the strength of your case, understand the law, weigh your options, and pursue an appropriate law enforcement response.

Stopping Drug Rape

We’re confronting drug-facilitated sexual assault and helping survivors navigate a criminal justice system that too often fails to hear them.

Defending VAWA

We’re defending the Violence Against Women Act and amplifying survivor stories.
