Step by Step Guide to Make Your Voice Heard

The next election for NYC voters is the November 2nd, 2021 General Election. Polls are open from 6AM-9PM.

Step 1: Register to Vote
You can register to vote by mail, in person, or online. Must be a resident of NYC for at least 30 days.
Step 2: Plan Your Vote
You can vote from home! Deadline for absentee ballot request online or by mail is October 18th. Deadline to request absentee ballot in person is November 1st. Skip the Line and Vote Early. Early voting runs from Oct. 23rd-Oct. 31st.
Step 3: Know Your Ballot
New York City has implemented Ranked Choice Voting this year. Find out what that means for your ballot here.
