You can now have intimate online images of yourself taken down!
The federal "Take It Down" Act is now in full effect. Online platforms now must remove explicit images posted without consent within 48 hours of reporting. To submit a Takedown Request, go directly to the platform hosting the image. Under the law, covered platforms must provide clear, easy-to-find instructions on how to request the removal.
